What happens after you write to us
We reply within one working day, usually asking what decision the plan needs to support and who has to make it. Both change the shape of an engagement considerably.
A first conversation is without charge. It sometimes establishes that you do not need a new plan at all, and that what is missing is permission to stop executing the old one.
Any proposal states the stop list requirement plainly, before you appoint us, so that nobody is surprised by it at week ten when the session is scheduled.
We will tell you if the timing is wrong. Planning during a leadership transition or an acute financial problem rarely produces anything durable, and we would rather say so than take the work.
